About Yoonseul
Iridescent Tailor Made finish that "shifts iridescently from green to violet with blue highlights", inspired by Celadon ceramics and sunlight on the sea (Ferrari magazine); the value shown is the dominant teal-blue of the Ferrari press photo (14% of frame) and only averages a color-shift paint. The story of Yoonseul
Yoonseul is the exterior finish of the one-off Tailor Made 12Cilindri that Ferrari unveiled on January 19, 2026 for the South Korean market. The car came out of nearly two years of collaboration between Ferrari’s Centro Stile, the publication COOL HUNTING and a group of South Korean artists, with JaeEun “Jane” Lee as the project’s curator. Ferrari describes the paint as a transitional finish specially developed for the project, inspired by Celadon ceramics — the jade-green glazed ware that originated in China, Wikipedia records — and by Seoul, that shifts from green to violet with blue highlights; the name is Korean for the sparkling sunlight on the sea. A graphic trace of the V12’s sound runs along the hood in the same paint one shade darker, and Ferrari’s magazine says the finish will soon be offered to other Tailor Made clients.
