About Rosso Barchetta
Older cars featured Glasurit paint instead of PPG which also had a different paint code: 312. Rosso Barchetta is a historic Ferrari paint with its name referring to the shape of the old race cars it featured on, as Barchetta literally translates to "little boat" from Italian. It's a darker non-metallic almost burgundy red that still features on a handful of new cars as an extra range paint option.
