About Verde Scuro

'Dark green'. carpaints.co: 2-layer dark green with brighter flake.

The story of Verde Scuro

Verde Scuro, dark green, is in the 1964 Quattroruote list of Ferrari colors that the 330 GT Registry reproduces — "verde scuro, dark green", beside a metallic "verde scuro metallizzato" — and in the Registry's Italver table as 20449 S and the 1966 Scaglietti book as 20-G-186. The metallic form became Glasurit FER603/C from 1983, the code carpaints.co still lists as a two-layer dark green with a brighter flake. Bonhams' 2014 press release for 275 GTB chassis 08035, sold new in November 1965 and offered from the Maranello Rosso Collection at £1.5–2 million, described it as "finished in a beautiful shade of green, known as Verde Scuro". ROSSOautomobili pictures a Dino 246 in the metallic.
