About Brunito
Brunito is a rather rare Ferrari color only featuring on a small number of cars usually with a completely Tailor Made specification. Carpaints.co calls it a darker brown two layer metallic (RM Sotheby's, selling a Tailor Made 2016 F12tdf in 2019, called it a light purple, almost aubergine) with a nice light brown, almost bronze, glow from the metallic flake when seen in direct sunlight.
The story of Brunito
Brunito is a dark brown two-layer metallic. Carpaints.co records it as a Tailor Made special request with PPG paint codes 605126/666109 and a paint-code sticker on file, documented on an 812 Competizione and an 812 Competizione A; the coupe's seller said it was the only Competizione coupe ordered in the color. ROSSOautomobili, with a Ferrari-credited photograph, describes Brunito as a brown requested through Tailor Made, found on a handful of cars and often paired with a heritage leather interior. RM Sotheby's, selling a Tailor Made 2016 F12tdf in Paris in 2019, described its Brunito as a light purple, almost aubergine color.
