The story of Verde Volterra
Verde Volterra is one of five Tailor Made colors Ferrari created in 2022 for clients who had taken part in a Cavalcade: for the 2013 Cavalcade through Tuscany, Ferrari's magazine says, the choice was "a deep green with shades of bronze that recall the earthy tones of the land", shown on an 812 Competizione A. Motor1 reported it in February 2022 as the third of the five, a gradient from burnt orange to deep green. Volterra, Wikipedia records, is a walled hilltop town in Tuscany. duPont Registry showed collector David Lee's Tailor Made 812 Competizione A in the shifting metallic green, and carpaints.co lists a four-layer PPG paint, code 0510, on an SF90 XX Spider.
