About Marrone Kuwait
A very dark brown with a warm, gold-tinged flop. Estimated from the body of the ROSSOautomobili photo (296 GTB on sand at golden hour): the door panel in even light reads #302315 and the sunlit bonnet #6B4E36, so the value shown sits between the two — low confidence, as the warm desert light pushes every panel towards gold. Corrected 2026-10-01: the earlier value (#AF8A61) had sampled the sand around the car rather than the paint. ROSSOautomobili lists it in "Did You Know Ferrari’s Color Palette Included These 25 Shades?". No color chip has been published for this name.
The story of Marrone Kuwait
Marrone Kuwait is the name ROSSOautomobili gives to the metallic brown of the Kuwait car among six one-off 296 GTBs that Ferrari unveiled at Casa Ferrari Abu Dhabi during the Grand Prix weekend of December 6 to 8, 2024, marking 30 years of Ferrari in the Middle East. Ferrari had announced the six cars in February 2024, one for a customer in each Gulf country. The release text says they were built by the Special Equipment team within Ferrari’s personalization and color-and-trim departments, each in a color dedicated to one country, and that Kuwait’s metallic brown celebrates its natural landscapes; all six share a roof, wheels and spoiler in a new matte Arabian Golden Sheen. Ferrari’s own text does not use the name Marrone Kuwait.
