About Rosso Scuderia
Rosso Scuderia is the paint color used by the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team in the Schumacher era between 2003 and 2007, which is also where it got its name from. Comparing it to the most well known Ferrari red: Rosso Corsa , Scuderia is a bit brighter in tone and therefore appears more orange, especially on camera. Reportedly Ferrari found that their F1 cars didn't really look all that red on television, so they brightened up the color as much as they could. In certain conditions these two colors might be hard to distinguish by the untrained eye unless seen side by side. The paint was first used on a road going Ferrari with the 360 Challenge Stradale and has featured on various models since, nowadays it's still found in the standard paint range next to Rosso Corsa throughout nearly the whole model line-up.
