About Verde Costiera
Teal-blue launch color of the Ferrari Amalfi (2025). Ferrari's magazine ("Shades of meaning", April 2026) describes it as "a blue-tinged green evoking the coastline that inspired the car's name", one of several greens the team created that year; Silvia Capuano, Ferrari's Pilot Color & Trim Lead Designer, said "It was actually super easy to come up with Rosso Tramonto and Verde Costiera" because the car's concept was so clearly defined. Hex sampled from a large uniform body area.
The story of Verde Costiera
Verde Costiera is the launch color of the Ferrari Amalfi coupe, orderable from July 1, 2025 — a blue-tinged green evoking the coastline that gave the car its name, as Ferrari's magazine puts it, one of several greens created that year. Silvia Capuano, Ferrari's Color & Trim lead designer, said it was actually super easy to come up with Rosso Tramonto and Verde Costiera because the car's concept was so clearly defined, the names complementing the colors and the colors the car. Carpaints.co calls it a brilliant teal green inspired by the Mediterranean; the Costiera Amalfitana is Wikipedia's Amalfi Coast.
